Plants in groups, 2-4 cm high. Bulb obliquely-dro p-shaped, 3-5 mm in diameter, located at the surface of the soil, covered by brown, coriaceous, cleaving up tunics, loosely captured by few thin sclerified roots. Vegetative bulbil single, semi-dro p-shaped. Peduncle 1-3 cm high, circular in T.S. Basal leaves 2, exceeding the inflorescence, filiform, in T.S. grooved-pentahedral, about 0.4 mm broad. Leaves on the peduncle 2-3, alternate, filiform, lower - equal to the inflorescence. Inflorescence 1-2(3)-flowered, pedicels proportional to tepals, a little extended during flowering. Tepals lanceolate, 4-6 mm long., yellow, internal tepals longer. Anthers yellow. Ovary oblong, sessile.

Distribution: S. Uzbekistan, S. Tajikistan, N. Afghanistan, N.W. Pakistan.
