Plants perennial, herbaceous, with well-developed stem; hairs bifurcate, often with mostly spreading basifixed hairs mixed in. Stipules free from petiole, connate behind stem. Racemes umbellate to globose, with a well-developed peduncle. Bracteoles present. Calyx campanulate-tubular. Standard slightly longer than wings and keel, without distinct claw. Legumes sessile or stipitate, incom­pletely to completely 2-locular, with thin, glabrous walls.

One species: Bhutan, China, S Korea.
