Leaves petiolate, pinnate to tripinnate; segments linear to ovoid or ovate. Umbels compound, lateral and terminal. Rays few to many. Involucre and involĀ¬ucel of linear to ovate bracts and bractlets or lacking. Calyx teeth minute. Petal outer surface pubescent. Stylopodium conical; styles slender. Fruit pubescent, dorsally flattened; dorsal and intermediate ridges thin, lateral winged, corky, tumid; furrows 1-vittate; commissure 2-vittate. Inner seed face plane.
A genus of 5 or 6 species found in Egypt, the Middle East, Afghanistan and W. Pakistan.
