Zozimia anethifolia DC.
Plants glabrous, 15-50 cm tall. Branches many from the base. Leaves 2-3-pinnate, 4-8 cm long; segments linear. Peduncle 5-20 cm long. Involucre of small linear to ovate bracts. Rays 6-15, glabrous, 2-4 cm long. Involucel of linear to ovate bractlets. Pedicels 2-4 mm long. Ovary pubescent; styles slender. Fruit 4-6 mm long, 3-4 mm broad, oblong; fruit margin thickened, tumid.

Type: Iran, Tehran to Isphan, Olivier & Bruguiere (?G-DC.).
Distribution: Iran, Afghanistan, W. Pakistan.
The plant is used as a fodder for sheep and camels. Vern. Khor Kundai.
