Plants c. 20 cm tall, base fibrous. Stem reduced. Leaves bipinnatisect, slight¬ly pubescent; segments filiform to linear. Umbels sessile to shortly pedunculate, Involucre of bipinnate bracts. Rays unequal, elongated. Involucel of divided bractlets. Fruit dorsally compressed, 4-5 mm long.
Distribution: Himalayas.
This species has been collected from Kashmir and Baltistan from 4-5000 m.
