Plants about 30 cm tall. Bulb ovoid, c. 2 cm broad, outer coats brownish, reticulate fibrous. Scapes up to 30 cm tall, pubescent. Leaves 3, shorter than the scape, semicylindrical, grooved, not fistular, 1-2 mm broad; veins pilose; leaf bases pubescent. Umbels hemispherical. Flowers condensed. Perigonium campanulate. Tepals white, c. 4 mm long, elliptic to oblong, outer surface scabrid, apex acute to obtuse, margin entire to minutely toothed. Filaments about 2/3 the length of the tepals, connate at the base; outer filaments entire, narrowly triangular; inner broader, tricuspidate; lateral cusps long, thread-like.

Distribution: Afghanistan and Pakistan.
In Pakistan this species has been only collected in Baluchistan.
