Procumbent, stems many, 15-30 cm long, marked with a line of hairs. Stipules c. 4-5 mm long, lanceolate, scarious. Leaves unifoliolate; petioles 2-3 mm long; leaflets 1.9-3.2 cm long, 3-10 mm broad, elliptic-oblong to lanceolate, obtuse or subacute, base rounded or slightly cordate, glabrous above, hairy beneath; petiolules very short, stipels minute, caducous. Inflorescence lax raceme, 5.0-7.5 cm long; flowers in pairs. Bracts 4-5 mm long, ovate-lanceolate, acute, caducous. Pedicel less than 1.5 mm long. Calyx 4-5 mm long, deeply divided, teeth lanceolate, acute, with long white hairs. Pods 9-13 mm long, moniliform, quadrangular, exserted, joints 2-6, transversely ribbed, glabrous.
